Thank you for your purchase of SANSUI Products. Your appliance is under warranty for a period of twelve (12) months; for LED & LCD Television sets - there will be a three (3) year warranty from the date of purchase in accordance with the following terms & conditions:
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
01. Our obligation shall be limited to the original purchaser to repair or to replace - free of charge - any part of the sold appliance against defective materials & manufacturing faults. (Costs of spare parts are excluded) The appliance(s) is solely meant for domestic usage only.02. The warranty is non-applicable to any appliance(s) if it has been repaired by unauthorized persons, or it has been damaged through misuse, negligence, wear & tear or exposure to extreme heat, cold, dampness, or an accident; or which has the rating label/model number removed or defaced.
03. The appliance must be purchased from an authorized dealer in the Republic of Singapore.
04. The customer will be requested to bring the appliance to & fro from the Customer Service Centre whenever service is needed. No outdoor service is provided unless otherwise stated. Any defective parts which have been replaced will become the property of SS AV PTE LTD.
05. Upon the expiry of the warranty period, service charges & cost of spare parts will be applicable.
06. We will inform the customer of the status (repaired or non-repairable) of their appliance(s). After which, the customer must collect the appliance from our Customer Service Centre within three (3) months. All appliance(s) not collected within the stipulated period of time will be disposed of. We are not liable for any losses after disposal.
07. This warranty coverage does not apply in case of events such as acts of God, fire, and civil unrest or human negligence.
08. All accessories such as: handheld remote control, batteries, earphones, inter-connectors, knobs & accessories do not come with a warranty.
09. DVD & VCD lens head are subject to one (1) year warranty, limited to one (1) replacement, whichever comes first.
10. All LED & LCD television sets are covered under a three (3) year warranty. First year covering panel, parts and service. Second & third year covering service only.
11. Upon assessment by the service technician, any improper use or misuse of the appliance(s) will render the warranty null & void. Any service rendered will be charged accordingly.
12. Demonstration, teaching & education on the correct usage of the appliance(s) are not covered in the warranty.
13. Outdoor service is applicable for 21" & above television sets. Transportation costs will be charged for TV tuning or pre-set requests even during the warranty period.
IMPORTANT
01. Online warranty should be completed within 14 days from the date of purchase, or it shall be considered void.02. All required information should be filled when completing the Online Warranty registration.
03. In case of service, the original purchase receipt (or a photocopy of it) should be presented.
